Fort Myers Beach Restaurants

There is a wonderful buzz around Southwest Florida at the moment about Bayfront Bistro since opening, and here is a direct quote from a comment someone recently posted on Chowhound.com, an international dining website where people share expert tips on restaurants, bars, and more.

“I have yet to find a good restaurant on Fort Myers Beach itself, but there is a lot of buzz about a new place at the new marina behind the Publix. The Marina is Snook Bight and the restaurant is Bayfront Bistro. www.bayfrontbistro.com”,

Fort Myers Beach restaurants have struggled to attract large numbers of customers from Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs and Naples for a long time, and Bayfront Bistro is quickly proving to be that ONE restaurant on Fort Myers Beach that you want to continually visit, whether you are local on the beach, a 30 minute drive from Naples, or a flight from Michigan (hey, some have said the food is good enough that they would fly down for the weekend!).

To sum up, this post is simply a “thank you” to all of you that have visited the restaurant, planned a visit, or told your friends about Bayfront Bistro since we opened last month, and we are extremely grateful to those that have sent in such wonderful comments. We will be creating a “Customer Comments” page on this site very soon where your comments will be featured and posted regularly.

The buzz has definitely hit Southwest Florida (and the folks heading back up North) and we (Chef Marvin (pictured above), Andre at the bar (pictured above), and the entire Bayfront crew)  thank you for helping us to get the word out that there is FINALLY, that ONE restaurant on Fort Myers Beach!

Another quick update: we now have comment cards that are presented at each table and by simply filling one out, you will receive a free bottle of wine the next time you visit Bayfront Bistro.

We now have some wonderful new photos of the restaurant and if you haven’t been here yet, these images will surely convince you! To view all new pictures added to the gallery, please visit this link (http://www.bayfrontbistro.com/the-bistro)

Here are a few to whet your appetite, literally! Stay warm and we hope to see you soon at Bayfront Bistro “Finally, Fort Myers Beach has that ONE restaurant”

January 15th and 16th, we invited many friends, family and colleagues to be the first to taste everything that Bayfront Bistro has to offer as Fort Myers Beach’s premier waterfront restaurant location.

We enjoyed our first few nights with a packed house and the food and service has since received excellent reviews. We are delighted with how the opening few days have gone, and are excited for the future of the restaurant.

We have now posted our updated menu on the website, and you can view that here

We are currently open at 4pm each day (soon to be open from 11am) and happy hour lasts until 7pm. Open late into the evening so make sure that you stop by whether you would like to enjoy a terrific waterfront dining experience, or if you simply need to sit back and relax over a few glasses of wine from around the world.

Also, when you visit the restaurant, we would love to hear about your experience. Please visit our contact page and let us know how everything was for you and if there are any improvements/modifications you would like to see at Bayfront Bistro.

If you haven’t already been to the restaurant to enjoy our wonderfully innovative menu and uniquely beautiful surroundings, reserve your table now and prepare for a dining experience to remember.

Thank you and see you soon!

(email subscribers – apologies for the previous email earlier today that included some website code errors, this post went out by mistake. Thank you)

We hope you had a wonderful holiday season and got to enjoy some relaxation with friends and family.

We have been working hard here at the restaurant, putting the final touches on the interior to be ready for our grand opening on January 18th. We are currently taking reservations for opening night so it is important to reserve your table early as we expect a full house.

In addition, we have a reservation form dedicated to St. Valentine’s Day, so please go here if you would like to reserve a beautiful Valentine’s Day dinner overlooking the scenic back bay waters.

Once again, we hope you had a terrific holiday season and Happy New Year!
